Heather Dale on Hall Cosplay

When we atteneded ConFusion back in January at the Dearborn Double Tree, we were starting the filming for all of these costuming promo videos were are making for Penguicon 2015. What we didn't exspect is for the MC of the Costume Contest at Fusion to make a speach about the bennifts of Hall Cosplay while waiting for the judges to deliberate.
