Penguicon 2015 Hall Favorite Costume Contest

This year at Penguicon, N.U.E.T took over the running of the Costume Contest.  We decided to create a new category called Hall Favorite where the people attending the con itself got to vote on their favorite costume they saw walking around the convention.  We had 16 people enter and 155 votes cast, for a first year I would say that was a great success.
